Acceptance
By accessing or using the Cybrium Esports website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our directory services. These terms apply to all visitors, players, teams, and tournament organizers who access the portal.
Directory information
Cybrium provides a directory of verified, skill-based competitive circuits. While we strive to ensure that all information regarding tournament formats, schedules, and sponsor-funded prize pools is accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of this information. Tournament details are subject to change by their respective organizers without prior notice.
Registration requests
Our platform allows teams and players to submit registration requests for various tournaments. Submitting a request through Cybrium does not guarantee entry into the tournament. Final acceptance, seeding, and bracket placement are determined solely by the independent tournament organizers. Cybrium does not handle entry fees; any required payments are processed directly by the tournament provider.
Player responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries or registration requests. You are responsible for ensuring that your team meets all eligibility requirements, including age restrictions, regional limitations, and hardware requirements for specific LAN or online events listed in our directory.
Fair play & rules
Cybrium strictly promotes skill-based competition. All tournaments listed on our site are expected to adhere to official fair play rules, including strict anti-cheat measures and standard esports integrity policies. Any player or team found violating these codes of conduct may be permanently banned from utilizing the Cybrium directory for future events.
Limitations
Cybrium LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or directory. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or prize payouts of third-party tournament organizers listed on our platform.
Intellectual property
The Cybrium Esports brand, website design, original content, and directory structure are the intellectual property of Cybrium LLC. Game titles, logos, and trademarks associated with specific tournaments (e.g., Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends) remain the property of their respective publishers and developers. We use these marks solely for identification and directory purposes.
