Most circuits require a finalized roster submission prior to the first bracket match. For long-format leagues, teams are typically allowed to register a set number of official substitutes. These substitutes must be verified and meet the exact same skill division requirements.

Payouts are completely managed by the verified tournament organizers, never through our platform. Following the conclusion of an event, the top placing squads must undergo identity verification and submit standard tax forms if required.

To maintain amateur integrity in circuits like the Overwatch 2 GB Collegiate, players must submit valid university email addresses and often a scanned copy of their current student ID to the event organizers. Alumni or un-enrolled players will trigger immediate disqualification.
