Cancellation & Registration Policy

Last Updated: January 2026

01

Registration requests

Cybrium allows teams to submit interest and registration requests for elite skill-based tournaments directly through our portal. These requests are forwarded to the verified tournament organizers. A request submitted via Cybrium serves as an initial application and does not constitute a confirmed bracket slot until verified by the event host.

02

Cancellation

If your team needs to withdraw from an upcoming qualifier or LAN event, all registration requests must be cancelled directly with the tournament organizer. While you may notify Cybrium support to update our directory metrics, official withdrawal and roster removal must be processed through the specific event's administrative team.

03

No payment through site

Cybrium LLC operates strictly as a directory and discovery portal. We do not process payments, collect entry fees, or handle prize pool distributions. Because no financial transactions occur on our platform, Cybrium does not issue refunds. Any financial disputes must be resolved directly with the tournament organizer who collected the entry fee.

04

Provider policies

Every tournament listed on Cybrium operates under its own specific ruleset and organizer policies. We strongly encourage all players and team managers to carefully review the cancellation and refund policies provided by the tournament host before committing to an event or paying any required entry fees to third parties.

05

Rescheduling

Esports events, particularly live LAN finals and major online brackets, may occasionally be subject to delays or rescheduling due to technical issues or server maintenance. Cybrium is not responsible for event delays. Please refer to the specific tournament's official communication channels for updates regarding schedule changes.

06

Support

If you experience technical difficulties submitting a registration request through the Cybrium portal, our support team is available to assist. We can help verify that your application was successfully transmitted to the organizer, though we cannot expedite the organizer's approval process or guarantee your team's seeding.
